With a curriculum rooted in current research and best practices students engage with current political and social realities with a focus on the vision, mission, and values of Catholic education.

    Catholic Educational Leadership, Preliminary Administrative Services Credential, MA

    The Transformative School Leadership Program (Preliminary Services Credential) can be combined with our Masters of Catholic Education Leadership. This program is designed to prepare future principals, assistant principals, teacher leaders, curriculum coaches, specialists, and district administrators for the demands of contemporary school leadership.

    Program Highlights

    • Visionary - Effectively create , support and communicate the vision, mission, and values of Catholic education to the various stakeholders of their schools.
    • Spiritual - Engage self and others in spiritual discernment and the process of reflection and personal faith development.
    • Leadership - Develop and evaluate school wide improvement plans rooted in current research and best practices in Catholic education.
    • Mission - Apply Gospel values to school communities and demonstrate a knowledge of Catholic social teaching and the promotion of justice.
    • Equity Focused - Develop strategies for acting in solidarity with communities locally and globally, especially historically marginalized groups.
